Work it out with the same formula you would for working out how many matches are played in a 4 team group, or a 5 team group at the World Cup. 12 teams would play/handshake 1 time each for a total of 66 matches/handshakes

8 - Assuming.. 1 min(A), 2 mins(B), 7 mins(C) and 10 mins(D).

A and B go over (2 mins)
A comes back alone (1 min)
A and C go over (7 mins)
A comes back alone (1 min)
A takes D over (10 mins)

So 21 mins?
