Draw is a good result. Could not lose to city and let them open a gap
A draw is a good result there lad..
Look at the run for united and arsenal...
A point is better than nothing. Could have had all 3, could have got nothing but an action packed game once it got going.
We all would have taken a point at kickoff
I'd say an away point at the Etihad is a very good point myself
A point is certainly of use. It's not like either will win the league so top four is all that's left so a point is very useful.
It's not like you to highlight the negative though is it? Out of interest has your two years and eight months elapsed yet?

Ah, I should update it more often. 2 years and 3 months now.
I say it as I see it. Realism is my key word.
I thought realism was saying it how it is. Apparently that definition has changed to putting a negative slant on everything. Thanks for informing me.
How is an away point of no use to us?
Would we not be worse off had we lost?
We started badly but then looked better than them for the majority of the game. They only had one shot on goal and they scored from it. We had six. Mig, Klavan, Matip, Klyne, Can, Wijnaldum, Firmino and almost all apart from Origi and Lallana. Origi has been poor the whole season.

Not true, he stepped up to the plate when Coutinho was out injured.
Less so more recently when Mane was away and he was clearly not fit today.
Origi has been poor since coming back from injury, certainly not the whole season.
We've had enough, if not more than our fair share of injuries. Divock is still making his way back; he went on and did a job. There's only two teams to concentrate on: City and Spurs. They've each got tough games in front of them, against each other. Throw Arsenal and United into the mix and it gets a little bit more interesting.
We had a very hard start, opposition-wise, who we had to play at the start of the season. Now is the time to capitalise on the competition the opposition faces.

Really good game and a fair result I thought
We did fine and the result in isolation is a good one. The trouble is that dropping so many points against the lesser teams takes the shine off a decent result.
Best way to put the right is to up our game against the teams we are expected to beat.
Really enjoyed the game as a neutral - end to end stuff and either side could've won it at the end. And of course, the best result for us

I believe it was very entertaining gutted I missed it.
