I think the best value for money has to be Man U, unbeaten in something like 18 games, and a manager that knows how to ground our results when required.
Afternoon W Wall
Would agree but they have to play all 6 of the other top 7 sides..............Spurs , Pool and Chelsea only play 2 or 3
I just cant see the point in risking £100 to only win a tenner (or even 2 pence).
I suppose Man c offers the best bet in terms of money back and risk.
If it was someones money i would risk it on Man U though.
Agree about the returns , better off putting the money in the bank
If it was someone elses money then I'd stick it on Arsenal, if it was my own, probably Chelsea
You kidding, it will take 18 months to earn the 2 pence in interest.
Always think the Play off places offer better returns this time of year.
Afternoon Mike
What will you spend your 2p on
I'm saying I wouldn't gamble my own £100 on any top 4 'likely' side currently, too unpredictable and not worth it on Spurs for a tenner.
Personally I think we will finish 5th, maybe even 6th (#still6th), but win the Europa. Liverpool for me will nick the 4th spot so maybe I'd plump for them and the £60 return.
Pool bet looks outstanding give that they have only 1 game against top 7 i believe
Mike
Good post mate
yeah the returns are a joke but that's why the bookies have Rollers

United are a good bet, I think they will nick 4th with Pool and Arce missing out
I know Arsenal are in poor form but if they win both their games in hand then they're level with Liverpool.
Not saying they're favourites for top 4 but they strike me as the overpriced bet out of the 6.
Crazy odds for a team that has qualified for the CL for the last 20 years.
They've been in a lot worse positions than this before, sorry to remind you Spurs fans, wasn't it 10 points (and a 2-0 lead at the Emirates?)

Yes normally even as a Spurs I would agree but Arsenal are in so much turmoil over Wenger they look in big trouble
True, this is the first time I think Wenger has properly lost the dressing room in his tenure. Still very close to those above them if they win their games in hand though.

Why not wait a week or two and make more money after the Arsenal odds have gone up by an extra point?
Even Wenger looks defeated saying stuff like it doesn't matter as much financially as it did before.
Is it an 1100 pound bet or 100? It says 1100 in the op
Where are you getting those odds, OP?
Just put 100 quid on Arsenal at 3.75 with Skybet. That's great value.

I keep hearing this argument but those are the games where Liverpool struggle
I think Man Utd struggle more against the weaker teams then Liverpool as we can't win battering them in a lot of games.
4th spot is a race between Pool and United.
I would bet on United winning it.
And the payoff is much better.
