I would say Luiz, Kante and Costa are all more key to us atm. Willian and Pedro are more than good enough to be our wingers.
Will be interesting to see how they do next season
1) They will have Europe to contend with - Never made a difference to anyone before, strange it keeps popping up this year, in 2008 chelsea and utd went to the final, they finished 1st and 2nd in the league.
2) Conte is possibly off to Inter-no he is not
3) Hazard is possibly off to Spain-not for less than £100 mill
4) Costa is possibly off to China - hopefully
5) Teams might have worked out how better to deal with the 343 if indeed Conte stays - MEh no more worked out then any other formation
This is crazy, just a whole bunch of what ifs. Anyone can do it.
1) United will have European football again, so they could struggle to take part in a title race again.
2) Jose could throw a tantrum and go into meltdown mode like he has done in the past
3) Ibra could leave meaning you'd have to replace his goals
4) If CL football isn't achieved Greizmann might not want to join
5) De Gea could be off to Real again.
See how truly ridiculous that is?
I've never really gone with the idea that teams work out the formation. I'm sure it doesn't take a season, they would have worked it out in a week or so. But doing something about it is different.
Teams knew how Barcelona were going to play for seasons, but it didn't make any difference.

Not really ridiculous. Just putting forward some questions my good man.
Some may happen, some may not. Don't need to lose your tampon!
My tampon is firmly lodged in place.
Just pointing out this is a whole bunch of what ifs and it can be made for literally any side.

1) The prem is massively more difficult now than it was in 2008.
2) he probably is
3) why £100m? He's not even the best player at Chelsea. He'll be a bang average squad player at Real or Barca
4) agree that
5) probably do a Leicester next season.
Another ridiculous article from the Robbster. I've got to hand it to him, at least he's consistent.
There's been an interesting trend of teams winning the title then completely falling away the following season, City, United, Chelsea, and Leicester have all had a poor - horrendous season following a title win. Everything seemed rosey with Jose and Ranieri after their title wins, same with Conte at the moment.
He's an excellent tactician though and if he can keep the players on board the he could keep it going into next season then I don't think juggling the league and Europe will be a problem.
Apparently they've agreed personal terms with Bakayoko...
Imagine their midfield of Matic, Kanté and Bakayoko.
Ain't no one getting through that.
Bruce, United fell away due to appointing a serial loser, Chelsea due to Jose having a breakdown and Leicester due to Ranieri sacking the sports psychologists and trying to get them to play a possession game.

Has Conte had success with other formations? All well and good him trying them out but until you moved to 3 at the back you looked poor. I don't know enough but I got the impression 3 at the back has always been his preferred system.
Theres no point being bitter. Conte has done great.
However since Roman came to the league most of their managers have done great straight away and been sacked 18 -24 months later.
Jose twice, Ancelotti, Di Matteo etc
Nobody would be that shocked if conte got sacked in 18 months. It's standard Chelsea.

Well for a start all bar DI Matteo who you mentioned got longer than 18 months, all got at least two years, the longest serving manager for United since Fergie left is two years.
