About as shocking as your statement about Israel. Your level of intelligence clear for all to see. I maintain a human life is a human life - couldn't give a hoof about colour religion or nationality. That's where we differ. You have obviously been bought up with a selfish and inward looking perspective and that's fair enough.
Ps - to remove a bit of your ignorance ( would take years to remove all juding my some of your childlike comments) - I am British. Equally as British as you and at no point have I or would I belittle yesterday's tragedy..
You have no idea how I was raised basically attacking my upbringing like that shows your ignorance.
My comment about Israel was probably 100% accurate, you seem to be having real trouble understanding that we would have more empathy to a British or European atrocity and have made a rod for your own back with your comments.
Now are attempting to portray yourself as some saint.

Afridi is right though. There can never really be peace in the world until all lives and people mean the same thing. The deaths and murders in Syria etc are connected to the deaths in other places. These incidents are connected by the terrorism link and will keep happening until the problem is solved, if ever.
It's unfortunate that a death has to happen close to home in order for some to pay the required attention when across the world people are dying and suffering because of many reasons including the actions over the years of countries like the UK and US.

Well said. Terrorism is a global problem and the sooner people realise that the sooner a better strategy can. E worked on to defeat it...

As an Englishman, of course the life of an Englishman means more to me than that of a Syrian, and why shouldn't it? Are you stupid?

Wow! What a fackin idiot making it a white Vs black thing now
It's pubescent know nothings like you who choose to look at the world through naive, ill informed and scarily uneducated eyes rather than understand and appreciate the wonder of our human differences and the absolute inevitability of conflict between cultures, creeds, religions and families. These keep us apart but also bind us together into groups, casts, nations etc and it is this that makes us fight for what we believe in and what makes us care more for each other than we would for others. That's human nature 101. The world as you would like it, in your head, is delusional, does not and never has existed. I read you crap posts and all I can envisage is fackin Michael Jackson singing "we are the world".
That's you. Try healing your acne before trying to heal the rest of the world.
You're twisting what I'm saying. He has no ties to anyone in Syria, simple. =====
I don't disagree. What I'm saying is that that's part of the problem. If all lives meant the same, we would be better off. There's no denying that.
If you don't pay enough attention to deaths in Syria, then eventually the death reaches your own doorstep and then all of a sudden you are jumping all over the place wondering what's wrong when the signs were there all along. You fail to notice because 'the deaths closer home mean more' when really all deaths should mean the same.
If the deaths in Syria were treated like deaths in the UK, then the terrorists would have a hard time getting to us because we would deal with terrorism at the source rather than waiting until it's closer home in order to feel damaged by it.

I do have sympathy for anyone who dies unlawfully, wherever they are. But I feel it more when it's a British person in Britain. I think nothing bad of a person from Syria who thinks in the same way. It's human nature, nothing more.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Well said. Terrorism is a global problem and the sooner people realise that the sooner a better strategy can. E worked on to defeat it...
Calling me a moron and for me to be banned for making that point beggars belief and totally against one of our core "values" .... freedom of speech?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
As an Englishman, of course the life of an Englishman means more to me than that of a Syrian, and why shouldn't it? Are you stupid?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Think it's you that is stupid. Read your sentence again. Every innocent life means the same - we are all human for ffs. You've basically just saying a white life over a black life because you are white. Wtf! Each to their own. Absolute moron.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
This is quite possibly the stupidest thing I've read in a long, long time.
You are twisting everything people are saying. Why are you turning it into a white v black issue? He said nothing of the sort. All he's saying is that he is more affected by an incident where people have died in his own country, than another country where he has no ties whatsoever, thousands of miles away. I 100% agree with him.
Do you honestly think the average persons thoughts in Syria are today occupied by what happened in London?

People should have equal sympathy to innocent civilians dying by British bombs in Yemen, Syria, or terrorism like yesterday. Thankfully, the World is more full of people with compassion to loss of innocent life than those who are more closed minded.

How can you say there are no ties? Feck me. This is terrorism. You think the terrorism in the Middle East has no ties to terrorism in the UK? That's just daft.
If you stop the deaths elsewhere then by virtue of that the deaths in the UK.

You're twisting what I'm saying. He has no ties to anyone in Syria, simple. It's not controversial to suggest that a terrorist incident in Britain will have a bigger effect on a British person than the same event elsewhere in the world. Anyone who has an issue with this is just being sensationalist.
