Looking through the squad Forrest seems like the only player we have that could turn the game in our favour

hes been in good form this season , he certainly deserves a chance on Sunday

we need something different , we need a player with a spark in his game

thats the problem with Scotland too often we just go with steady eddies and hope to get a result

Armstrong is arguably our most in form player. It would be criminal if he doesn't start on Sunday.

wheres it all went wrong from Strachan, after the 2 Ireland games he was the best thing since sliced bread, whats happened??

Players downed tools?
or typical Strachan, too stubborn to change anything?

it would be foolish not to play all the Celtic players, best team in Scotland by some considerable distance, all the players have had the best seasons they've had in years (exception of Griff) and they all play week in week out unlike most of the others

could be our only hope

I've not seen anything of him other than the OF game and he was Celtic's best player by a mile.

After the first one everything looked great. Then he reverted to type and tried to be too smart in the Ireland away game and it just unravelled from there.

He's done as far as I'm concerned.

He's been exceptional since the 5-1 game against Rangers to be honest. Missed 3 weeks with injury but apart from that he's consistently set up or scored goals almost on a weekly basis.

If his form continues until end of May then he may very well get player of the year.

I reckon one of Tierney/Robertson will play RB, he did hint at that previously

Gordon
Robertson - Martin - Berra - Tierney
Brown - Fletch
Snodgrass - Armstrong - Forrest

strachan has a shelf life. a point where eventually his character traits come through.

Loyalty and stubborness.

Fan, - not a huge admirer of Ritchie. He's basically a younger version of Kris Commons. No pace, all left foot and I think he slows the play down far too much.

20 years ago Sky convinced us all that football began and ended in England, ever since then we have had a procession of Scottish managers picking guys just because they are on the books at an English team. Doesn'tmatter if they are in the top flight, doesn't even matter if they get a game.

We have been treated to guys like Robbie Stockdale and Warren Cummings, when decent Scottish based players like Scott Severin barely got a look in.

It's been no better over the last few years with non players like Hutton getting a game, and guys like Hanley, Greer and Bannan getting automatic call ups just because they play in England.

I don't mind the proper star players down south, guys like Darren Fletcher and Snodgrass are fine, but it's time to dump the dross who get a game simply because the manager can't be bothered to scout in Scottish football.

I'd like to see how a team of Scottish based players would do.

Aberdeen lads still wouldn't get called up

I stopped reading there.

the simple fact left footed players generally couldn't pass 5 yards with their right foot.

Lubo - two footed. Me tae

Play all the celtic players then fill in the gaps. We are pash at the back so need to go for goals goals goals. If we go down then at least we should go down with a fight

Gordon

Anya Mulgrew Martin Tierney

Brown Armstrong
Forrest Snodgrass

Griffiths Rodhes

Bannan and fletcher were woeful. Martin was pash anol. Hope Strachan doesnt play the same old gash again

Thanks for backing up my point.

My right fit is no bad for a lefty - compared to alot of players who are so one footed its mental. Especially professionals

International football should just be scrapped.
