am i right in thinking his last Southampton goal, was direct from a corner?

Le Tissier was the best ever by a distance. Sadly he didn't play for us, so only Southampton fans can claim him.

I'll choose something a bit different here.

In terms of a 'dead ball specialist' I've never seen anyone hit a dead ball harder than Alex at Chelsea.

You could see the fear in peoples faces in the opposition wall.

I remember we signed Istvan Kozmar as a dead-ball specialist.

But other than that. Molby, or maybe Riise?

Becks for free kicks, Irwin for pens.

Pens - Molby

Free kicks - Barnes

Penalties for Chelsea? Treason here for not picking Super Frank.

I hope your talking about Lebeouf and not Lampard here?

Lebeouf was the best PK taker i've seen at the club, maybe with JFH and Ballack just behind.

Ronaldo took a pretty good freekick to be fair. But definitely between him and Beckham.

Penalties would be Ruud all day long.

I would wager a lot of money that Ronaldo has the lowest conversion rate of goals to free kicks since Roberto Carlos!

Aspas was the best corner taker the premier league has witnessed.....

I scored directly from 2 corners in the last 10 minutes of a game last season on a very windy Sunday to win the match, so I'd say myself.
