I was there and didn't see any objects thrown on the playing surface or a pitch invasion. As for the team being late back on the pitch, it was at least 10 minutes before the people in the "UEFA Hospitality Section" drifted back to their seats.

I did see City players taking corners getting pelted with plastic bottles when the teams met in Monaco though, I await news of a stiff fine for the French club.

Pretty much standard, as far as I can tell.

Arsenal have just landed a £4300 fine for a streaker on the pitch, and Bayern about £2500, for the fans who chucked rolls of tissue paper from the stands in protest against the cost of tickets.

It was a penalty for sure. You can't go round sticking your feet up there and it would be a foul anywhere on the pitch.
