After a lot of ginger's posts now I see a lot of wee grey lines.

I thought it might be stalker behaviour but it's more like a wee sad collie dug that's been booted out the house by its owner for pashing the floor too often. It's sitting whining at the door trying to get back in.

Quite sad! Poor guy's utterly devestated.

I suspect he's worked out that if every Tim filters him there won't be much fun left in his life.

A tad stupid isn't it?

Regards signings, he basically said he wasn't pleased with how the older signings had worked out, that they hadn't been in the original plan AND they would look to go back to the original model.... Pretty much the opposite of what you said.

The manager believed that's what was needed.
You could argue despite there being an obvious risk factor, kranjkcar and barton certainly would improve the rangers squad.

They didn't work out. Not all signings do. Back to the original plan - let's profit from players instead.

The boy was on holiday in the same place as I was last summer, and was fairly friendly with my son. He said last year that's where he was probably going to go, so looks like it's been on the cards for a while. If he's as good as everyone thinks he is, then it's a bit of a loss to our game up here.

It is said, in no uncertain terms there, that Pedro has been asked to put his plans for transfers in place sooner rather than later so preparations can be made for the qualifiers in June

We haven't qualified for Europe yet

If we are wanting to get transfer business done early, surely getting a DoF in place to assist with that would be a priority?

2 things

1) I don't like the assumption that we are going to qualify for Europe is all....I think we will, but feel we should ensure we are there before we buy anyone and I hope that happens

2) if the club are selling the DoF and coach structure as the best way forward, it doesn't make sense to get a manager in and get him to make major decisions for next seasons, only for a DoF too swan in at a later date and take on that responsibility.....surely the DoF should involved in the planning for next season from the getgo if he is being brought in for next season, and most importantly be involved with the decision making on transfers and the players we bring in/ship out

WTF will he be doing if he is not involved in that?
