As a United fan I’d be up for the Chinese league signing United. I think it is clear that we have outgrown the Prem and indeed the Champions League. We are a global club and we need to be in a league that will allow us to reach our full potential. China has the most money and the highest population. The shirt sales, merch, and television deals we could sell over there, on top of the attendances would be ground-breaking. We wouldn’t even have to play matches, just attend promotional events. It would be great. We would be competing with Google, Apple, Microsoft etc in terms of being the biggest brand in the world. I think it would be fantastic for football and I know there are a few fellow die hard Marketing fans among us that would agree. These are exciting times for the business as we move into new markets. You as a fan are valuable to us and have played a massive part in the growth of the business in the last quarter.

Yes ut's a great shame for MUFC that you have to play football at all and that just gets in the way of the marketing of your global brand.
