If you had decided not to go next season you would have had to change your name to part-time peacock. Never give up hope, being a supporter IS FOREVER.
Very funny owl! As it says in Hotel California " you can check out anytime you want, but you can never leave".
Exactly. I wasn't having a go at you. I admire your fortitude. l know all about it.
foreverpeacock, I liked your article, I have been a Leeds fan since 1973 and enjoyed the likes of Lorimer, Madeley, Reaney, Harvey, Cherry, Yorath, Giles(what a passer of the ball), Bremner, Hunter, Clarke, Eddie Gray(what a winger), and later Jordan and McQueen - they were all legends. Now I can barely remember the names in the current squad, they are school kids compared to the legendary teams Leeds used to have in the 70's and 80's. What a sad end to a promising season. Just don't know what next season holds for us - just expect anything !
Fantastic post.

Great article & a genuine statement from a real fan who speaks for the masses not the few who are ALWAYS unhappy.

Oh yeah! But c'mon just cos they got voted out of the league he starts supporting another team !
How many of us would if Leeds had gone under?
Only pulling your leg ForeverPeacock....takes a real man to own up to and rectify his mistakes 😂😂
Foreverpeacock,
You'll love this...............................
I am nearly 67 years old and have followed Leeds United from the mid sixties after following Bradford Park Avenue for a wee while too
Good article totally agree with your sentiments , you can never turn your back on this Great Club .
Ok guys I can take a few leg pulls! At that time, the fate of Park Avenue seemed terminal. So what did I do, follow Bradford City? Impossible!! Off I went to watch Leeds in the old 2nd division. It wasn't glory days just yet so I was not a bandwagon/ prawn sandwich type!!
p.s. Salonica, prior to that I lived and was born in Dublin and followed Shamrock Rovers, lol.
