I don't think Pedro will be a success. I know I will get shot down for this but imho the manager has to be a Rangers man, Rangers minded, knows the club from top to bottom and someone the fans relate to. I really can't think of any off the top of my head atm but as with Celtic we needed someone decent that loved the club.

Pedro seems a decent enough guy, but what in his CV suggests he is the man for the job?

Celtic needed Irish steel and determination at the top.
