Fans put too much pressure on the team. Chelsea, Tottenham, City, Liverpool, Everton, Sunderland and United fans all get behind the team. Without the 12th man, Arsenal's midfield is overwhelmed

Yup. Doesn't matter if its 4-2-3-1 or 3-4-3 either. The problems lie deeper than you can just change tactics. We just don't know how to defend space. Teams just run through us like knife through butter. It happens every time the other team have possession.
We are good at keeping shape. But we don't defend space. That is huge problem.
