Why isn't Ed Sheeran on this list? Did you not see him last night?

Anyone listen to Jedi mind?

Yeah, the whole Army of the Pharoahs really. 7L and Estoric as Czarface with Inspectah Deck
DJ even though I am surprised at you missing Q-Tip out of your list.
Eminem has three good albums, Nas one and a half, Pac doesn't even have a single good album in my opinion just good songs.
I just don't like Eminems voice which has gone weird, he was at his best when being funny or angsty in his early days which are well behind him. I do like some 'underground' stuff which I don't mind admitting. Yet I love Kendrick and Joey, linked that Birds Eye View song earlier which isn't underground as well. I just appreciate good rap, which eminem unfortunately isn't anymore.
these modern so-called rappers have got nothing on this guy (he gets going at the 35 second mark):

Eminem sounds like he's holding his nose the whole time, too annoying to listen to.

Does rap still exist in modern music?
Like is Drake a "rapper" or is he an R&B artist?

He's a lucky lad basically having mad millions out of talking gash lyrics in a flat monotone.
Kudos.
Forgot Treach who arguably has the greatest flow in rap history.
Using Billboard ranking as proof Lil Wayne is an all-time great.
FFS, Billboard rank artistes according to chart impact.
Quite a few resent Eminem because of his mainstream success and pop culture impact which smashed the glass ceiling for rappers at the time. And maybe a few because he's white and lacks a certain street cred and gravitas.
But despite loads of mediocre material in recent years, he's also touched levels of genius that few rappers have matched.
I think everyone on this article has given credit for Em's early work. The Slim Shady character is genius.
Put a surprisingly good movie out for rapper as well

That was just the first top 10 I came across
Plenty of people out there think he's a great. And a couple of his albums in the 2000s are absolutely brilliant
