I don't think farza will beat utd and then lpool to get to the final
Really tough tie for us. We’ll have to be a lot better than we were against PSG and Juve to get past Barca.
I won’t be too upset if we lose, however, as I couldn’t bare being knocked out by Liverpool in the semis.
Out of all the top sides we could've got, I'm glad it was Barcelona.
I've never seen United play live against either them or Madrid so I'm really looking forward to this and also seeing Messi in the flesh.
Fully expecting us to lose over two legs but winning away in Paris and Turin should give us a little bit of hope. It'd be nice to have a fully fit squad by the time the first leg comes around.

Hoping for a good game and we don’t embarrass ourselves. Obviously Messi is the fear but I think Young is going to get murdered by their left hand side.
I have a feeling Utd might turn them over.

I dunno, Suarez has scored once in two years in the CL. But I do agree with your assessment. You just no that caaaant will break his barren run against us.
shame fellaini isnt still at utd
you coulda played him, like Mou used Pepe, in the clasicos
get him to follow messi around the pitch him, and kick him in the air as many times as possible
would be great fun watching
Problem with that plan is the man marker needs to be able to run.

----------------------------------------------------------------------put a pair of roller blades on him, that'll do the job
Fellaini on rollerblades is an amazing mental image.

His elbows would be too high up to make contact.
zz starting with marcelo instead of reguilon. navas and isco also starting
feel v sorry for regulion who has done really well...marcelo the fat doesnt deserve this tbh, given how he's been the season
neither does isco
That’s a good point, ioag. Fellaini would have to knee him in the head instead.
Zizou was always going to go with the players he knows and trusts. It’s going to be an interesting end to the season for Madrid. It’s like a pre season before pre season for him. Similar to what we’ve experienced with Ole, though we’ve managed to drag ourselves back into contention to achieve something this season whereas yours has ended.
Herrera is well capable of chasing Messi around.
Problem is he plays on the right hand side of midfield and will be needed to help out Young when Alba and Coutinho tear him apart. Which leaves Matic and Pogba who aren’t capable. We’ll obviously pay great attention to Messi but I don’t think we’ll have anyone man marking him.
Well that was all sorts of awful, worse than the first half hour at Arsenal. Looked well off the pace tonight but maybe more disappointingly, we didn't really look that up for the game.
Certain players look absolutely knackered at the moment and I fear this might just be the start of it and that it's going to erode a lot of the progress we've made in the last few months.
I imagine all of the squad will see some action from here until the end of the season, but I don't think any of Navas, Isco, Marcelo or Asensio have suddenly become nailed on starters again. I expect Bale to play at least most of the games, as we probably need to keep him in the shop window.
Yesterday's line up, imo, was intended as a message both to a) the players and b) to the fans - a) that no-one is or will be ostracised, and b) that this is still largely the same squad that brought home 3 CLs in a row.
Zidane got it spot on, imo. However, he also needs to let the players and fans know that the mutiny against Solari be swept so easily under the carpet.
Also got to say that Flo finally got one thing right this season. The timing of ZZ's reappointment ahead of the first home game after the Ajax debacle was perfect.
The crowd had to welcome Zidane back and show they were behind him by getting behind the team. If Solari had still been there, all hell would have probably broken loose on the players, the manager and Flo.
Monchi is back at Sevilla, starts work officially on the 1st April. Arsenal fans in meltdown
