The article says that, but it's not a direct quote and her actual words are (my translation) "but not a word on Qatar, where he lined his pockets." Her tweet is accompanied by a video link captioned "The former FC Barcelona coach played two seasons in the Arab emirate and pocketed...".

I don’t think you should really be expected to be competing with Barca all season, to be honest. Even with the money you’ve spent. It’s not just going to click straight away so there needs to be a bit of patience - something I know the club isn’t known for.

I’ve not really seen many of your games but I suppose the worry is that there doesn’t seem to be much in the way of a developing style of play, is that right? Which isn’t surprising as the longer you went on under Zidane the worse your style of football got.
