He'd have a better experience if everybody just filtered him and he only had himself to engage with.

I never have. I think, despite him being a bit of an idiot, has shown a bit more awareness to suggest he’s not. I think he repetitively sticks to his m.o. because it’s infuriating and quite clearly piiiiisses off a lot of people.
Hafi never really reacts to what people are saying. So I’m not as convinced it’s a deliberate wind up.
