I think that’s a bit of pr from the club, to be honest. We’ll see what happens, but I suspect we will sign him and the main thing that will put us off will be Villa’s asking price than him being a bit of a prat during lock down.

Such a poor game.
Looks like Guendouzi is nearing the exit door at Arsenal.
Any takers? Daz? TRS? Cheeky £40m bid from Man Utd ?
Seems unlikely, he wouldn’t even make our bench.
I don’t get why Arsenal fans hype him up so much.
Yeah I think he’s quite a limited player personally. However, he shows aggression and he has a good rep in terms of his perceived potential as a young midfielder. I hope we can flog him for a good fee.
I don’t really get why, he’s not particularly good at anything. He just runs around like a headless chicken.
He has the talent, but no brains. Was hoping arteta could get more out of him but his attitude supposedly stinks - showing why he's such a dope on the field.
If we can upgrade on him with somebody like aouar I'd love it.
What talent, though? I hear it said all the time, yet whenever I watch him he doesn’t show any talent. He’s just a mediocre player that plays with a bit of fire. He’s basically a weak Sissoko.
He's a good dribbler, capable of carrying it long distances, can hit a nice pass in the air or along the floor. Can play or dribble out of pressure, and is a big boy so doesn't get bullied off the ball.
Doesn't do it often enough though, and it seems arteta has had enough. If he can bring all those qualities together he'd be a useful player.
Basically Sissoko but slower and not as bad at passing. I’ve tried so hard to see what the fuss is with him because so many people bang on about his talent. Just not seeing it. If Arsenal get the rumoured £30m they’re laughing. Up there with what they got for Ox and Iwobi.
A sissoko capable of playing out of pressure and contributing in the build up is a very useful player though.
His heads definitely been up his own aaaarse since that ridiculous France call up. Thinks he's way better than he is, as shown by his demeanor against facking Brighton.
But yes, £30m would be great.

Worked out to be an amazing round of results for Cadiz.
They cruised to a 2-0 win after Oviedo had a man sent off early on in the game, while Almeria and Zaragoza both lost at home, and Huesca lost away to Depor. To cap it off, 5th-placed Girona dropped points too.
66 Cadiz
61 Huesca
61 Zaragoza
60 Almeria
56 Girona
55 Elche
Only 12 points left to play for.
Round 39 kicks off tonight. Cadiz are away to Extremadura, who will be relegated if they lose.
The other 3 face playoff hopefuls. Huesca home to Alcorcon tomorrow, and Zaragoza and Almeria both away on Thursday, to Tenerife and Girona, respectively.
Extremadura is an awesome name
Btw, that was Cadiz's first win in 5 games.
Zaragoza, meanwhile, have now lost 3 in a row, and 5 out of 7 since they first played to leapfrog Cadiz at the top of the table.
Flat Earth FC is a better name.

zaragoza were so bad in defence last night it was unreal
having a hard time understanding how they have been in the top 2 most of the season
Cadiz squeak out a 1-0 win in Almendralejo. Looks like this is happening!
Wtf! Rube lost 4-2 against Milan after being 0-2 up.
Nazio lost as well do doesn’t matter much.
Arsenal should have won today. Facked themselves over.
We've drawn 14 times this season. The most games we've ever drawn in a 38-game season.
That's an awful stat.
