I see Jovic has morphed Into Soldado for RM. Shame he was a cracking striker for Frankfurt.

Rebic and Haller made him look good.

I have only watched him against Chelsea last season, I’d say he was their best player in both legs

I’d not seen much either. But everything I’d read about him suggested Haller was actually the most important striker in the team and that Rebic and Jovic worked really well playing off him.

I’d love to see what Gasperini could do at a bigger club. I know there’s a school of thought in Italy that clubs like Atalanta - due to their expectations and transfer model - are the best fit for him. But I reckon there must be a few clubs that share similar traits but with more resources to give him a chance to thrive even more.

Not sure Juve would have the patience for him to change things. And have the wrong profile of squad. I was thinking more a Roma, AC Milan or Napoli.

Could be a good fit for Wolves or Leicester in the prem. Wolves in particular, they’re all used to playing a similar formation.

Such a shame about Juve's last-minute penalty the other day. Otherwise the title race would well and truly be on. Juve need to go into a bad slump for that to happen now.
