I don't know mate. I have no belied in Wenger and his teams anymore. You are more positive than me. I just want a change...hopefully for the better rather than starting every recent season knowing pretty much how it will go.

I think if we sell (by a comfortable distance) our only world class player then we are going to drift even further away from being one of Europe's top 10/15 clubs. Would be a 11/12 situation all over again where we sold Fabregas and somehow expected to function as normal.

Arsenal aren't exactly loaded though.
Just ask Sanchez, Ox and Ozil
There are plenty of better teams with money though.
There were plenty of better clubs out there that could have signed Pogba. He decided against the glamour of Barca or Madrid so he could dab in a big pile of cash in Manchester. Likewise with Lukaku picking a 6th place team over the champions of England.
There is a top midfielder out there who is willing to join Arsenal and significantly improve the team. It's the manager's job to identify and convince said player to join
