pedro is an experiment, a project, and a risk, which may yet work out.

i'd have said someone to steady the ship would have been an ideal appointment, but u still need to push to get closer to Celtic, and thats the biggest issue rangers have.

come in and challenge celtic is what a large amount of fans want/demand.
