It depends what you mean by "credible". SSN were reporting it last night, from a "source close to the player" (which often means "the player himself, but off the record" ).
Unless you see a player saying something directly to camera (which they're unlikely to do), no source is really credible, for these things.
Fact remains that Liverpool have signed no top players. Everything else is hearsay.

Barca allegedly made a bid only to be told he was with us having a medical. And lots of sources said Lemar wanted to join us. Not sure what there is to disagree about on VVD to be honest, he's one of the best defenders in the league and he wanted to come to us ahead of other big clubs.

Appreciate it's painful when things go wrong at your clubs on the bright side for Aresnal it's only on the footballing side they need to look at. If you think back to what those two yank clowns did nearly bringing Liverpool down which impacted the clubs both financially and football wise for years before and after the high court decision. If your club takes the right set of actions it can turn it around far far quicker, realistically that means some of management structure being replaced by people who can and will draw the team you want together.
