The State was great.

Watched Liar on Monday, looks good. I love dramas, and they don't come any better than British ones.

Not sure about the UK, but none of the major TV Networks in the US really make anything worth watching these days.

The Cable TV channels have way surpassed them.

The Mrs and I still watch the UK stuff like Sherlock, Luther, Endeavor etc.

I prefer British dramas on the whole too. It's the right time of year to show them too, as the night draw in.

I watch Morse, Lewis and Endeavour pretty much because I was based in that area for my last tour in the UK.

I have been to many of the pubs you see Morse and Lewis having a pint in.

Luther said great too, has to be said. Loved that. The 3 girls one is decent too.

Most of these dramas are for the over 50s so don't bother

Might give The State a miss. Doesn't sound like my kind of thing.

Probably true. Some of the younger generation do have trouble following TV shows that have a plot that require you to think.

Agreed VC, i do enjoy Luther to be fair

Not sure if it's still on there but watched Thirteen recently on BBC iPlayer. Similar thing to The Missing but a bit faster paced.

I have to say I'm a bit of a Cold Feet fan as well for some gentle humorous drama.

Life on Mars is also worth a revisit as well I think.
