Morning peeps
Saturday will be a long time coming this week fear not its only Villa away when it arrives. We are stuck on the old Roman Road which means no corners for us to turn just yet when we do find a corner to turn we will have to go on a run longer than a marathon to catch up.

Eddie Davies ,Ken Anderson say he's the man for the job.Parky blames it on Morais for being sent off ,
Keep eleven players on the pitch on Saturday, and who then will get the blame ,Doris the tea lady.
It's time to ditch Madine ,keep the ball on the floor, play 2 wingers with Alf & Armstrong. Wake up Parky.

Yes we will blame Doris's wobbly trolley wheel come Saturday you can't turn corners with a wobbly trolley wheel you know.

Let's not forget we have been hampered with an embargo for over a season, no money to spend and on top of that Ken has sold off and given away some of our promising young players.

PP has a difficult job but the truth is, he's just not good enough in this league. He hasn't given the young players any, in some cases, or enough time for others, with the squad. Instead, he has gone for older players. This might have worked if they were of the quality of Gary Speed but that type of player, are few and far between.

Are we going to be a team that doesn't get a win all season? I don't think so but the longer this dry spell continues, the less confidence the team will have.

Signing out of contract players haven't worked so far, so we will just have to hope that Ken and his son can find a hidden Jem or two to try and make the difference.

All will be ok after this weekends loss we will be told the break and extra rest coming on the back of their recent rest will do the players a world of good they will return refreshed and ready to fight to the last.
Of course anybody hoping Chairman Ken will use the break to save up pay off PP and seek a new tactical genius will be disappointed Father Christmas may be your best hope there.

Chairman Ken didn't mention Owen Coyle in talks with Ross County. Poor show from Ken that giving us the usual flannel and failing to tell us how fed up he must be with the football and having no money he'd be like the rest of us if he'd had said that.

No going on a run around the corner now. We await the sea coming in and not long after the tide will turn.
Not bad for a place a long way away from Southport as a wee one I spent ages waiting for the tide to come in at Southport it was miles away and seemed to take forever I can't remember it turning though.
This must be history repeating whatever next Ken and PP saying they will part the waves when we get hit by a tidal surge.

The trouble is when PP starts quoting his achievements as a manager there are some aspects that often get overlooked . In his career he has managed 3 clubs for spells in the championship - and his record which is all we can judge him on is as follows - at Hull City in 2006/07 he won 4 games in 21 and was sacked with them 23rd in the League , two years later in 2008/09 he moves up from assistant manager at Charlton to manager and in 28 games in charge won 4 games and they were relegated - and with Bolton its no wins in 10 add that lot together and at this level his record in the championship is 8 wins from 59 - Even if there were not all the off the field antics to deal with I would not put my money on PP turning this around . A comment taken from PP artical in the beano.

we all can quote statistics, but PP just isn't good enough for the league we are in, that can also be said about some of the squad too.
Does Ken have enough money to pay off his 12 month rolling contract? Or is he leaving that decision to the next owners, who ever thay may be

Ken will have to wait to pay PP off he might just be able to manage it in January and a new manager will be installed as the window shuts to avoid any expectations of spending money on players. Shame Chairman Ken didn't read the concerns on here before handing out a contact of any sorts.
Neigh mind another investor rumour will be along shortly to take the heat off Ken and PP

Parky previews the Villa 1min 35sec interview, must be the shortest interview ever.
He can't wait for the international break, to get Josh Vela,Wil Buckley,Stephen Darby & Derik Osede back ,

Relax
PP does Frankie goes to Hollywood today at Villa Park 3pm. No worries there's another break afterwards so the soft players can rest and relax some more Josh has had so much rest he'll be a world beating one man team when he returns to save the day.
Now that's some plan B it can't possibly fail can it.
