I think the important thing is to give TC time. This season was always going to be a transitional season.

We've got PLENTY of skill .. it just doesn't necessarily win matches in the Championship, and when " heads go down " things on the pitch look bad. I've not given up hope in this game yet

Think we've all been deluded by the unexpected good start to the season - coach, players and fans alike. Monk was accused of being one dimensional but it's looking like the same with TC's approach. Too many lightweight players who when the going gets brutal are pushed aside too easily. The foreign market may be cheaper but without players who know the Championship it's always going to be an education for overseas players. Getting an education is one thing, whether they can adapt and hack it or not is quite another.
Somehow we have turned a team on the low morale train, missing key players... and should be 3nil up.
Scandalous performance.

Midfield getting overrun - what do we expect when Roofe and Alioski aren't helping out, and Lasogga doesn't come back at all?
It seems like the managemnt has not learned a single thing. Every team will just look to over - run midfield as we don't have one. Phillips doesnt seem to be alert to anything. To try change things around wil take some doing as, need to replace midfield and the left wing.
Bring Vieira on for Phillips, please.
