Not sure poch will really care tbh. He’ll never be first choice for us again
At least we now know who ate all the pies.

gosh-the guys gut is bigger than mine-and ia am in my fifties
Ffs and he is being linked with us.
My guess is we'll sign a young lwb in summer or Jan, then Rose be sold in summer to united prob

Seems to have put on a bit of timber. Maybe he’s one of those who can shift weight quickly. Can’t be easy to not play football for 8 months, especially with the team playing well. Will be good to have him back

Apparently the team did their cardio endurance work by jogging round him a few times.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It is not just the distance covered - they also have to combat his gravitational field.
On a serious not - good to have him back, even if it is until January. Davies has played a lot of football, and we enter a busy period

At the present time, Davies looks to have cemented the left back position for himself. Rose will be a welcome addition to the squad, but cannot expect to walk straight back in.

no excuse for putting on that much weight
i still believe that it was a double deal with city in the summer only the injury curtailing the deal hence it taking longer to complete with Walker. Thats why i think he made his comments he was well advised on what to say in that interview with the sun. Footballers are vetted on everything they do.
Rose goes in january no doubt.
One Poch wont play him once your cross him there is no way back.
Secondly Levy sees the pound signs.
Thirdly the short term memory loss will happen again to our fans and Rose was never any good with Davies being much the superior player. As trippier was for Walker. Despite both Trippier and Davies being clear backups to arguably the best full backs in the league.
When we had our usual slow start to the Prem last year Rose was a regular, when we won 12 of our last 13 league games Davies had the spot.
I believe if he hadn't been injured he would of downed tools in August to engineer a move, shame if he goes but we'll get lots of dosh and as has already been proved we can cope without him.

Can't walk straight into the team though. Let's be honest, we had a strong end to last season without him and Davies has also been playing really well this season. He's been missed in terms of depth, but not so much team in terms of team performance. Certainly at the time he got injured if you told me he's out for 8 months now, I'd have anticipated the consequences would've been far worse than they have been.

I didn’t say he should.

and he .... oh never mind
Rose (and Walker are) essentially Wing back more than full back. I hope we don't get Rose. He's always linked with us.
And before anyone mentions Matic, I'm pleased with how he has done so far but like many have said we haven't faced many teams of note. He, along with Lukaku have helped us in one area we struggled last season (killing off the weaker teams and not letting them back in the game).
