If his lawyer can in any way show that he’s not able on his own to release funds then there’s no way he can be forced. He will simply not have the money whether anyone believes differently or not.
In which case the option is contempt of court and a criminal record. He won’t give a flying fwck about that as he’s declared quite openly he doesn’t even want to come to Scotland.
