Correct. There is no way they are going keep that oil-rich area. I have a couple of mates over there doing Private Security work. They are getting a bit twitchy over this latest move by the Kurds.

Kurdistan is an entity that should have been sorted out after WW1 when the Ottoman empire collapsed. To the world's shame it was ignored, and now a brave and noble people are shunted around in 3 counties that have no respect for them and they are oppressed as a result.
