Seen it work well, seen it work badly. One very easy decision took over 5 minutes to sort out - it was a case of in or out of the box that was very blatantly inside.
Hopefully the issues will be largely ironed out before the World Cup and its introduction into the PL.

TV Ref might dissuade faux injuries, 'if I lie here the cants got time to check the replay...'
One improvement that should be made, is that the referee/officials should be mic'd and the stadium and tv fans should be able to hear their conversation so that you're not just sat there for a few minutes waiting for something to happen.
