If you're going for atmosphere it's got to be
1. Rangers v Celtic
2. Galatasaray v Fenerbahce
3. Boca v River
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Boca is mental. The terracing where 'La 12' stand is incredible
So the op is a glory stadium visitor
Why not visit Rochdale, Exeter or Port Vale?
Why not visit a real top stadium, like the Tulloch Caledonian?
Built on the site of a former dump, smells rancid, gets battered by freezing sideways rain and wind straight off the North Sea.
Fantastic, only the 40min walk through an industrial estate to get there too.
A true hellhole.
Watched Boca when I was in Argentina years ago. We had a ‘stadium guide’ which is essentially someone to stop you being robbed/beaten.
To this day I really can’t figure out if I loved it or was scared sheet-less. Either way, intense atmosphere.
Up in the rafters at The bernebeu on a champions league night is a great experience, especially when most games you have watched were at rainy wet smelly Windsor park

Springfield Park in the 80s takes some beating!!
Fenerbahce for noise. Only ground I have been to where fans have been entirely responsible for the result. Incredible
Best derby: Liverpool v United at the weekend was hands down the best derby I have ever seen in all aspects.
Worst derby: Anything foreign.

"Fulham best 'ground' not stadium in London."
I've been to Fulham away a few years ago. Very polite stewards. Offered to get me a (plastic) glass for the spare can of beer I forgot about in my bag and called me Sir.

I moved to London 5 years ago and I am trying to get around all the grounds in and around London.
So far I have been to -
Millwall
Leyton Orient
Forest Green
Charlton
Crystal Palace
QPR
Fulham
Really enjoyed my days out. Few beers with the home fans in the local pub to the grounds. Most of the grounds were local people as well and not tourists like you get in the premiership now.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Get yourself down to griffin park Brentford before they move to their new ground.

Agree. Take my daughter there as well as CFC. Good family day out.
They have changed the design of the new stadium. Will it ever get built???
I’m sure it will
I like going to Brentford it’s only up the road from me and a couple of my mates are bees fans.
Plenty of decent pubs
I’ve been listening luck and been to almost every ground in Scotland (well maybe not so lucky 🙁), every EPL ground and a good number of Championship stadiums and many a European venue.
But there’s nothing better than being at any away ground with your own team. Seen El Classico, Milan derby, Manchester Derby, Liverpool derby and plenty of London ones but meh can’t get into them for the simple fact they’re not my team.
The best bit of games are that I went to Filbert Street, Burnden Park, The Dell, Highbury, Ayresome Park, Baseball Ground and others before they turned into Meccano sets.

You can keep your crappppy grounds. I'll never forget the different couches I've had down the years. Like the brown leather one I had for watching Man U win the CL in 2008, or the white one I had when Mourinho clinched the treble least year. It's these memories that make football so special to us, not your crapppy falling down grounds.

Pub on each corner of the ground Hounslows. You can do a pub crawl at the same time as going to watch a match.
I went to go and watch Wigan vs Chelsea a few years back when they come up and couldn't get a ticket at the ticket office coz I've never been before?! Watched it in the pub in Wigan town center and saw loads of empty seats haha
Been to Hyde an fleetwood too, and plenty of council pitches watching my crazy mates playing Sunday league why just why 👍
Special shout out to clitheroe the most fooked up ground I have ever seen in my life.
Anyone who’s been would agree 😂 that corner flag

Well worth a visit to Luton Town. Even the rats go around in pairs. If the spent 100k doing it up it could be a s***hole.
