9.5 suggests a virtually flawless performance.. don't think you can give that considering that the pen was the only Real Madrid goal. (not upset about him trying to make the challenge), but he could easily have been sent off.

Thought sissoko was superb , a great outball for you and something always looked like happening when he was on it

Wouldn't be in the laws of the game, was incredibly soft, had to make the challenge. Have your own ratings I maintain he was our best player on the park.
Just watched the BT analysis. They're laying into Aurier for the challenge. I disagree with them. I don't think Aurier had much choice. He had to go for the tackle. They keep saying Kroos had lost control of the ball but you can see Aurier had already commited himself so he wouldn't have predicted that Kross overplayed the ball
It was Lloris 9.5, Jan 9 the rest 8 bar Kane 7 and Eriksen 5 for me. Eriksen looked afraid to give the ball away causing him to panic and give it away too many times.
Lloris was outstanding, that save from Benzema was exceptional, doubt the w@nkfest that accompanies anything De Gay does will be replicated though. Hugo
Had a feeling that Sissoko would or could be useful in this game. Fair play to him.
Dortmund drawing makes a good result a great one
He wasn't our best player but agreed, he was great tonight (pen aside, but what can he do there? not challenge?).
Winks oozed class. I'm so confident when he has the ball.
Think Sanchez, Dier (who I was worried about) and Toby were great. Vert too.
Sissoko...him and Aurier link so well together. He put in such a shift and was a necessary driving force getting forward.
Eriksen was disappointing. If he was on his game then who knows the result tonight..
Eriksen was poor, hopefully he turns it on against the Dippers instead
Spurs looked really powerful tonight with Sanchez and Aurier in the side. It is what has been missing, too much tippy tappy players in the past. More muscle is needed in the bigger matches like tonight.

I agree sandy. Can you imagine an old Spurs side going toe to toe with Madrid like this ? You were right, you said we could get a result. We are a top quality side and we proved any doubters wrong tonight
Jan *just* struggle going forward enough to get the 9, will post the stats tomorrow
Wow - Man City look just amazing in these highlights.

I know, did it to me yesterday when I asked him ‘what kind of whiny bollox is this?’ So I thought I’d send everyone over there
English teams suddenly doing well in the CL without Arsenal in it. Coincidence?
