I thought that as a % of said population is higher.

But the campaign I suggest isn’t aimed at non white people it’s for everyone that’s refusing to take it.

Probably for the same reason the percentage of the majority population aren't taking it. Trust.
It's been rushed, it effects fertility, it isn't kosher/halal, watched too many zombie movies..

No harm in looking more into it if it means they can find something that will persuade more to take it

Stuff like the vaccine not being halal is a myth, there's no gelatin in them
