That’s a poor straw man, we didn’t lose just because of Özil, nobody is saying that - Wenger playing Coquelin as a central defender & conceding midfield was stupid too - but Özil WAS awful & should have been replaced by Wilshere much earlier -

Ozil wasn't the worst player on the pitch. But when you only have Alexis making any runs for you, its pretty pointless to play him.

I hope to god Ozil goes abroad because if he joins any other club in England with competent midfielders providing him service he will come back to haunt us
