Given their fan base and stadium it seems a little light
He bought Newcastle for £135m 10 years ago. Nice little earner.

Weren't they saddled with loads of debt when he bought them though?
Liverpool went for £300m when FSG took over
Neymar's transfer fee plus the cost of his contract is more than that. Laughable really.

It's got 'Sports Direct' plastered all over it. Bound to affect the value.
Seems low when you consider transfer fees these days. I wonder what they value the playing staff at. The stadium, facilities, and player values would be worth more than that I would imagine. They have a food fan base too.
Like I said, seems low in this day and age.

Mad isn't it, although being in London will affect that Massively I'd imagine
Pep wouldn't even get a back 4 out of £300m.
Where are Spurs getting the money for the stadium?

Annualised nominal return of roughly 8%, which is actually hardly astonishing. Especially given the spunking of money that's currently going on into PL clubs - bear in mind the next broadcast deal is currently being discussed. That one will take things up another crazy notch.
Ashley is desperate to get rid.
"My info is that the bid made by Amanda Staveley is well short of Ashley’s asking price and there is a lot of suspicion as to why it has leaked out #NUFC"
2 Pogba's and a Lukaku, seems like a bargain.
