He's never had an 'attack minded' manager at Chelsea, so despite all the negative tactics, it's amazing that he can still perform the way he does.
His best season was still when Fabregas & Matip were pulling the strings behind him and I think he scored double figures in the league that season
In terms of talent and the way he influences games, despite playing under Mourinho & Conte, he's certainly second tier imo. The amount of times he just glided past Henderson on Saturday was astounding...by far the best player on the pitch.

Yeah but you've previously said that playing Hazard out wide doesn't get the best out of him though?
I could easily say that Salah could play across the front 3, without question. But could he effectively play anywhere else? I'd question that. But can Hazard play in a 2 man attack as effectively as his favourite role? I'd say probably not.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Haza has played in a 2 man attack with Morata multiple times this season
Probably been his best games off of morata
Obviously Klopp rates Haza, or he would not have started with more defensive players such as Milner and Ox rather than Mane etc...
Surprised Klopp put a midfielder on for a striker to secure the points. Very negative, especially at home.
Remember United and Mourinho getting a lot of stick for doing this v Southampton. At least they were away

Bit harsh on Conte. Ok he's not as attacking as a Klopp/Pep but we have a clear attacking structure which we didn't have under Jose. The latter practically made our attackers think for themselves but under Conte you can visably see patterns of play from the training ground.

Ovibiously Hazard
This article needs an update:
Hazard - 8 goals and 4 assists
Salah - 9 goals and 4 assists
Hazard had an unplayable purple patch of about three weeks this season.
Salah started slow and is getting into a rhythm now
People still judging hazard by goals I see

was he playing at the weekend?
Yeah and was pretty good when he got the ball. You should have watched the game. He was the least of our worries. Luiz
This article needs an update:
Hazard - 8 goals and 6 assists
Salah - 12 goals and 5 assists
Hazard will score around 15+ less goals.
Assist stats will be close.
Eden Hazard has now been directly involved in more goals (15) than any other player in the Premier League this season.
⚽️ 7 goals
🅰️ 8 assists
Yeah I think Salah is edging this for the last year or so.
