I wouldn't, Hector could or should still end up Germany's LB for the World Cup, so not worth losing him for no real gain.
Both are good, I'd rate them fairly evenly, just Hector won't have to force his way past Marcelo to play in the World Cup
Also Hector does play LWB for Germany so he's fine.
