Just joking.
I had to have a health and fitness checkup on Wednesday, and according to the 'Healthcare Professional' I'm overweight. I weight 74 kg's...
How tall are you Cornelius?
Zahra eventually your weight loss will plateau, the fact you were losing size around your waist indicated you were getting leaner.

I'm clearly a dwarf.
Just a little short for my weight.

So youve gone from exercising daily to stopping altogether and you've put on weight since stopping?

Interval training as Ace said. And don't pack up the weights but do lots of REPs of light weight, rather than less REPs of heavy weight - and make sure to cover all muscle groups!
Good luck!
Problem was a blister on my left foot which left me unable to walk properly and I had to stop teaching and playing football and doing other cardiovascular exercises which were aiding weight loss.I will start exercise in next 4-5 days.
I am 5 feet and 8 inches tall which is short height for men in my view.

Indian people are more prone to type 2 diabetes, that combined with an ample waistline is worth keeping an eye on. Especially if the blister took a long time to heal - slow wound healing, especially in the feet, is another indication. Might be worth getting yourself checked son.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Or go for the jailhouse rape diet that you seem to be espousing.

Although obviously a massive pain in the arris you can still do plenty of exercise with a foot injury
I live near a ski resort and there's loads of people in my gym with leg casts doing upper body work
