How can I exercise if I am not doing gym or doing cardio exercise.I am not in a country with snow mountains to do skiing.I am not a person who knows skiing.I have still started walking for 30 minutes daily from yesterday though.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Push up's, sit up's, pull up's, dips, free weights, swimming, cycling - all exercise that would not impact a foot injury. There's all sorts you can do.

This

And stop making excuses

Blister stops you exercising? I’ve never had a blister anywhere on my body that has stopped me doing anything I wanted to do.

Z,don’t stress about the blister too much

Give yourself a bit of credit for the weight you’ve lost so far.

You can exercise again shortly and reach your goal

That's a normal weight so you can lay off the exercise.

Congratulations.

Zman, you've got over the worst part, now you just have to be strong minded ,with regular walking /running , plenty of stretching morning/noon/and evening, and a sensible and moderate diet, and stay disciplined.

Weight Loss is as simple as calories in vs calories out as im sure you know..

If you want to lose you can either

A) Eat 800 calories less per day
B) Exercise 800 calories off per day
C) Eat 400 calories less and exercise 400 calories off per day.

With regards to waist shrinkage that could be down to many things including; sodium intake, alcohol intake, sleep, water storage.

Also If you are weight training, try not so much to focus on what you weigh so much as how you look

Well done on what you have achieved so far

Hey dude I think you should try changing your diet somewhat, especially if you want to lose some weight. Doesn't have to be any drastic change, as you need to accept the results should come slowly.

Exercise is great, but for me I've always done if for general enjoyment, and keeping healthy.

Weight loss is not the same thing as fat reduction. Muscle has a higher density than fat, so it weighs more than the same volume of fat does.

It may be that you need to reduce the amount of exercise you do whilst also further cutting the amount of calories you take in

It actually really really is that simple.

- Do a proper structured weight training routing focusing on compound lifts with progressive overload.
- Eat a balanced diet. Count your consumed calories and macronutrients against targets for your height, weight and activity level using an app like Myfitnesspal.
- Do a bit of cardio now and then to keep your heart in shape.

You'll find if you get these things on point (even if you just use trial and error) then you don't even have to stick to a super strict miserable diet. I lost 5kg in a month recently (not that I was particularly overweight) and I was regularly eating sh*t like KFC and kebabs!
