I'd play Lamela from the start along with Son.

I would play Son and Eriksen, assuming we're playing 3-4-3 and not 4-2-3-1. Having Lamela and Alli to come off the bench makes for a strong bench though.

Yeah but given that we finished top, of the teams we could have faced only Bayern Munich are on the level of Juventus.

We beat them 2-0 didn't we?

Didn’t Lamela get heavily linked with Juve in the summer of 15?

Juve are a tough draw. They currently stand 3rd in Serie A two points behind the leaders. Scored 41 goals in 16 matches, tops in Serie A.
But we don't play them until February. Hopefully Toby will be back. And everyone else healthy.

I think Chelsea has a tougher draw, Barca.
And I'd hate to have gotten PSG or Bayern at this stage.
So, hard to complain as a Spurs fan
