I would add that City have been having some luck on their side, with some very late winners. Their luck can't last forever. We on the other hand haven't had the best luck with our injury record, and the lack of any penalties.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
There's no luck in keeping going with the clock ticking and getting rewarded, maybe once, but to do it repeatedly is as far from luck as it gets.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Didn't Sterling score 2 late winners via deflections?
Not to mention the luck City have had with their draws in Europe compared to us.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It takes a lot of mental ability to keep going as normal as time is running out. The trap most teams fall into is putting an extra forward/big CB up top, hoof it aimlessly and shoot from unrealistic area's. City keep probing and playing like they normally do, stay patient, never panic and get rewarded.
Even if the goals itself were deflection's, to get so many late winners points to incredible mental ability.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Not denying that but there's luck involved if you're getting deflections. We've rallied in the last minutes of matches to get a point or 3 points without that happening this season.
Sane and Walker were rested by City mid week.
They will have too much for spurs.
My prediction is 4-1 City
In regards to the OP’s comment about the invincibles, while their feat of going unbeaten is clearly impressive and very rare. If I’m not mistaken they managed to get 80 points (26 wins and 12 draws) and scored a fairly modest 70-odd goals.
Chelsea twice and Man United (when they actually played football) have topped that total and plenty of teams have scored far more. Things could change but City have already won enough points to have finished 8th last season and have scored 50-odd goals already.
Ffs who said play Llorente?
We’re not some pub team who hoof it to the big lump up front. Leave those prehistoric tactics to the likes of Pulis and Mourinho ffs
Getting slated for mentioning Llorente....who played in the game vs Real....away from home! Which we won.

That's 90 points mate.
I remember this because it is exactly double the 45 Spurs managed that dreadful year !

should have won after Llorente put Kane through with a lovely lay off.
My comparison with that Arsenal team was that I don't think too many City players make the combined team.... Eg Seaman, Keown, Campbell, Dixon, Winterburn, Viera, Petitte, Peres, Henry, Bergkamp. I guess its hard to compare goal/ points totals from era to era.... The game, tactics are very different now as are the numbers of games players are rested for
Probably only Silva & Ageuro at this point would make it
in the words of Conor McGreggor "you'll do nuttin"
John Cena reckons we’re going to win. So it’s pretty much guaranteed.
City is by far the better team. However, the result will depend upon how Spurs approach the game. Will they play to "not lose" or will they play to "to win"?
I`d be more confident with Toby and Victor in our side but £ity are due a change of luck, they`ve had quite a bit go their way this season as well as being very good.
I won`t be putting any money on Spurs as we usually fail to turn up in these type of games, but you never know, if we can keep $ity out I think we can get at their back line.
I've had a feeling for a number of weeks now that we will beat city. Our form has been indifferent but I still believe we will win. I'm probably in the 1% club in that regards... COYS!!
From a "realistic" fan
Lloris
Trippier Dier verts Rose
Dembele Alli
Eriksen Kane Son
Llorente
??????
That midfield 2 will get run around in circles and Kane and Son will spend their time defending.
Llorente will get nuthin to do and all the blame for not scoring again.
Final .. City 5 - Spur nowt.
Lloris
Aurier Dier Vertonghen Rose
Eriksen Dembele Winks/Sissoko Lamela
Kane Son
Bench:
Dele Alli, Davies, Trippier, Vorm, Foyth, Sissoko/Winks,
Now then, don't we wish we had Wanyama and Alderweireld and Sanchez?/
Oh yes... and Fernando on the bench too! <oK>

Point I’m getting at is that while they went unbeaten that season, their points total wasn’t huge and scarcely believeable.

If a league table was done on highest points totals in a season Arsenal's invincibles would finish 4th
For a 38 game season that is.
Spurs better get a draw at least although I want Spurs to win maybe 1-2.
How does that help the filthies finish second Hafi?
