Be a good signing despite the crazy fee. You're a top keeper away from being City's biggest rival next season if you get VVD n Keita is as good as everyone says he is.
I'm saying that Utd, Chelsea and Spurs are hardly going to stand still either.

Liverpool’s spend under FSG has been moderate.
In all likelihood, Liverpool will be aware of the £120m+ coming in for Coutinho.
Offset the cost and leave us £50m for another player .. possibly Lemar
