The original Pet Sem wasnt great, but (or maybe because) I love the novel - was the first King I read when I was about 8.
Apprehensive about the movie.

Just doesn't work as well as a movie as the book, which I enjoyed too. Contrasting to 'IT' which still appears as freaky on film.

Still the only time I've preferred the movie to the book is Fight Club. Generally there's so much more in the books (The Bourne series especially irks me).


Primal Fear - 8/10. I have no idea how it's taken me 23 years to see this! Really good movie, Edward Norton is fantastic (as always). I think this was his big screen debut?

You are watching them before they have been released so you either have a time machine which goes into the future or you are watch some dodgy stream where someone is holding a camera

Cineworld Unlimited card.

Sometimes have early screenings a week or two before release for card holders only, sometimes they're even a month or so early.

Shazam! was last Wednesday, Pet Sem was Monday

Pet Sem has got good reviews from other people, I just can't see it myself. Acting was dull from both main characters, really don't like the guy in anything he's been in though tbh.

Couple of jumps etc but for only a film that's only 1 hour 40 minutes the middle really dragged.

Glass 6.5 - it felt a bit rushed and I didn't like the treatment of the David Dunn character.
I did enjoy parts of it, but I probably should watch it again one day as I had a bereavement a few hours before.

On a separate note I really didnt see that happening to them and could of done with out seeing that tbh

completely forgot about that. To be fair I have watched it again since first viewing and enjoyed it a little more second time round

Best bits are in the trailer. Might have given it a 6 if it didn't wind up giving me Power Rangers vibes
