When I tried to amend my profile today it said
Error - "e mail address uses invalid domain" & doesn't save the change
Please advise

Is there a 'search' function in the pipeline?
Currently it duplicates the BBC606 serch option perfectly, in that it doesn't work.
Sheriff JW Pepper (U1007) - Not sure, I suspect it might be related to the clampdown we had an anon mailbox registrations. Hope it wasn't to big a problem. The search will stay as is for the foreseeable future, as we have a few bigger issues features we are working on. We might get the remember me feature uploaded tomorrow, or possibly Monday.

Clampdown on anon mailbox registrations ay, sounds sinister, maybe you could put a black circle next to the U number of everyone who's done that, to mark them out for ridicule?

I did ask you somewhere about my uber-smilie creations, not sure if you saw or replied? I have noticed a more relaxed approach on here, compared to the fastidious BBC, so hopefully my creations, my babies if you will, are allowed and even encouraged.
We could have competitions, best artistic, or someone comes up with a word or topic, and we have to make one, marked for speed and artistic merit?
Oh, and I think the BBC gipped you on the smilies...

Something of note, when I go to another sport, say cricket, and use the teams > England option, it will list threads from all sports under the England heading.
Can you have that filter out football and the like?

We gratefully accepted the Smileys we were given. I think we don't want to push our luck and ask for the XMAS ones. You are welcome to develop your own alternatives to these and send them to us to put up around XMAS time. But please don't go over the top with your smiley creations as we do get quite a few complaints about them. The people accessing the site at their work don't appreciated it when stuff like that appears on their screens.

It all started when a wrestling fan took an innocent comment the wrong way and I suffered the rather harsh consequences. I can assure you I am not inclined to post offensive comments and generally am very well behaved. Sleep well
