The fecked up thing about this is that Dortmund are now more likely to sell PEA to a club that is ready to include a player as part of the exchange.
It wont be the first time Chelsea have waited in the flanks, only to gazump a player at the 11th hour.

It's not the first time Chelsea have helped another club /rival get a player. Think Courtois going on loan to Atletico Madrid and the keeper it allowed them to sell.
