Pulev x 2
Fury x 2
Parker x 2
Whyte x 2
Haye
Vitali Klitschko
Danny Williams
Takam
Helenius
Usyk

Plus Sexton, kingpin Johnson, David price, malik scott we’re all half decent (and he won all of those)

Pretty damn impressive record, only fight you could really say he didn’t give it everything he’s got and had some success was fury #2 where he basically got bullied and retired on his stool

Felt he won the Helenius fight and Whyte #1 too. Parker #1 was also close

Pulev #1 thought he lost easy though was lucky to get a SD

Even still, he’s not going to go down as a great but Chisora’s been brilliant for boxing. In a day and age of ducking or where big fights seem impossible to make he really is a breath of fresh air, fights anyone and everyone and just goes for all out war and 90% of the time always entertaining fights (Kabayel and Fury #2 were the only real ones I’d say were stinkers) Heart of a lion

fair play. As Guv said I’d like to see him just retire now off the back of that he deserves it but no doubt we’ll see him again before the end of the year

Love to see wilder Chisora too

Miller
Dubois
Babic
Ruiz
Wilder

Any of these
----------------------------------------------------------------------
At least against those we'd learn something about the opponent too. With this fight tonight we don't actually learn anything about either fighters. At least with someone like Dubois we get a better idea of how good he is.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yep same with Babic

Still can’t work out if I think he’s horrendous or has potential
----------------------------------------------------------------------
cmon, Babic is awful. he wont get anywhere near a title. too small for HW and not good enough boxer at Bridgerweight. He gets sparked the first time he steps his level up.

Love to see wilder Chisora too

Miller - could be a decent fight, no idea what Miller is like clean!
Dubois - decent fight Dubois aint world class level as show v Joyce.
Babic - Chisora would destroy Babic
Ruiz - Ruiz would beat chisora but decent fight
Wilder - Wilder puts Chisora in hopsital

Can’t stand this Ben Whittaker

Too flashy for my liking but let's see how his career goes. He's clearly got ability but it takes more than that to succeed as a pro.

I don’t get that one unless it’s a warm up for Joshua.

An unofficial exhibition basically so Chisora can bank an extra £5m and keeps fury fresh for Usyk

It's a stay busy fight. I wouldn't pay for it but I can understand why it might be made.

Early prediction:

Benn via UD.

Surely Eubank is too big? Benn has looked a little vulnerable. Eubank is very careful in his matchmaking.

Cant see anything other than a Eubank win myself

The weight limit and rehydration limit has not been revealed yet. This will effect Eubank Jr.

The biggest reason behind choosing Benn is the style that Jr now adopts. Under Roy Jones, he barely throws many punches and he's trying to move and pot shot a lot more. Benn can capitalise by throwing more and being aggressive, which should sway the judges.

It's also worth noting that Jr isn't a big puncher.

Agree with Guv

Plus I just don’t think Eubank is hungry enough for anything other than money

Benn is just a animal

Chris Eubank Jr vs Conor Benn was reportedly finalised at a catchweight of 157lbs. It's claimed that if one of the fighters comes in overweight, then there will be a fine of $100,000 per lb. [According to

Any rehydration clause?

That will be a tricky cut for Jr but he should make it.

Eubank wont be putting himself in any situation he doesnt think he wont cope with easily. Eubank Jnr is a cherry picker to the extreme.

As much as I hate Eubank Jnr he destroys Benn IMO.

Eubank struggles with guys with decent footwork, he excels with come forward fighters. Benn is custom made for him IMO

You're talking about the old Jr, who went toe to toe with guys. This new version under Roy Jones, likes to box smart and strategically. He isn't great at doing them but that's his approach.

Benn comes forward but not recklessly and he's actually quick and has good head movement.

I'm favouring Benn by decision.

he does that cos he moved up in weight he was fighting bigger guys so had to be a little more coy about how he goes about it.

Benn is being way way overated and (an equally overated Eubank) deals with him comfortably.

Eubank by stoppage in under 10.

posted on 11/8/22

The main reason Jr has taken this fight is because of the payday. It's also against a smaller guy and Jr has a chin, so the chances of him being finished are slim. If Jr does lose in a close decision, he will claim he won the fight and if he loses via a wide decision, he will claim the weight cut drained his energy.

Bigger guys? He just fought Liam Williams at 160 and he boxed on the backfoot. Under Roy Jones, this is the style he now uses.

The only people that overrate Benn is Eddie Hearn and Matchroom. Most fans are well aware of Benns lack of experience at the top level. It's the same with Jr. Nobody actually rates him highly anymore. They just consider him a solid fighter who will always lose against the top tier guys.
