Fantastic article. Completely in line with my thinking.

By the end of the season we could very well finish off with a treble, Europe after Christmas and it'll still feel somewhat of a missed opp to kick on.

Smid- see as much as I thought Zenit last week was a good performance, it still had a number of the hallmarks of a typical Celtic performance- we dominated the ball but I can't remember their goalkeeper having loads to do. Zenit were woeful on the night and Celtic handled their threat really well at the back which was an improvement.

That however all went out the window tonight with schoolboy errors in defence ultimately eliminating us from Europe- we just don't seem to learn. Much as last week may have been a home performance from Celtic teams of yesteryear, this was definitely a Celtic away performance from the same era.....

I and many others have been saying for months (granted mainly in my head) that the complacency and arrogance displayed by your team and many of its supporters would be its undoing. Fortunately you have this years league sewn up...who knows about next year though

That's really harsh on Ajer who hasn't put a foot wrong since getting into the team.

He's only 19 too so heaps of time to get better too.
