Makes you wonder how he's never been capped by France

Not being French can't have helped much.

“I told you and then some people use my word to describe him as a genius of the football. For me he is this type of player, I put him next to Ronaldinho, (Diego) Maradona, (Jay-Jay) Okocha."
------------------------
I actually thought the Okocha bit was an add-on by pride, but he actually said it Feck me!

He is talking about his personal favourite players
==========================================================

Nice try, but “He is one of the unbelievable talents in the history of football," is not really translatable as “one of my favourite players”

And my willy, by the way, is huge.

As ever comments are being taken out of context. D'you think Pochttino, a guy that played football at the highest level and is a devoted student of the game, seriously thinks Dembele is the equal of Maradona and therefore needs a load cackling hyenas on some obscure forum to correct him?

D'you think he'd sleep any better if he knew you were here to stand up for him?

He is talking about his personal favourite players, players he has worked with or who have particular qualities he admires and making links is all, put your little willies away.

I believe he also mentioned bobby charlton as one of his all time favourites.

It’s not stating the obvious, as Wessie points out.
Pochettino’s been on the same stuff Maradona was.

Genuinely though - had a season ticket at Spurs since the 2001/02 season, and I've always maintained that Jay Jay Okocha is the best opposition player I've ever seen live. He was just incredible to watch.

Ronaldinho is my fave player of all time. He was just so unbelievably gifted.

Dembele is the most talented player I've seen at Spurs. Above Ginola and Bale.

Dembele has went from a decent player to one of the best players in history, up there with Maradona in a space of a few games after coming back from injury. It's really quite remarkable.

I haven't seen a rise like it since Scholes turned into the best player of all time after retiring.

Who says Scholes was the best player of all time? We're going to need some quotes here.

It’s a daft thing to say. Bryan Robson was.
