Nope. I like him.

He has looked better than others (more time on the ball) but he was garbage tonight

That shows you how crap O'Kane and Phillips are.

He wasn’t on TV!

Dallas was.
Pontus was
Berardi was
Probably a few more too.

But at least they showed some passion at times.

I said at the time it’s just like paying 4m to replace Bridcutt.

Some of the Wolves players cost 13m. 4million seems small fries

I like him. I agree with your point on the others but I think hes a quality DM who can spray a pass.

It was a lot of money. He needs better players alongside him.

He was poor tonight. A step up from current midfielders no doubt. Must be hard to play in the midfield alone though.

I'm so bored of watching Kalvin Phillips in a Leeds shirt. He constantly takes up positions where no one can pass to him. In between a few defenders. He's not making runs or even getting in the box, Just taking up space. So scared of the ball it's embarrassing, touched it about 6 times in the first half.

No, we just live in the real world where being a “big club” and banging on about history doesn’t give us a divine right to play in the Premier League.

Philips was hopeless first half. Not much better in second. Ineffective overall. He’s operating at 50% de-rate compared to start of season.

So, Anita's preferred position is DM/centre mid.
Why the EFF doesn't someone at the club say
"O'Kane % Phillips are sh 1 TE. Lets give Vernon
a try." How can it hurt? We're crap anyway. Find
out if Vernon can do anything alongside Forshaw.
If he can't, let Ronnie take over full time and bin
the other three.

What point would that be?

That’s we’ve replaced once average midfielder, with another but at a cost of £4m

That’s what jonty was saying and has been saying

What are you on about

I expect a player at £4m to be better than what’s this lad looks like, whaf the hell is that to do with divine right, it makes zero sense

It can't be easy playing with the likes if Phillips and O'Kane. We have far worse players than Forshaw in our squad. He's been brought in to a nightmare.

IF we can sort out this shower next season he could come good.

He's got an impressive track record in this area, are you really surprised?

The point is we look as far away from promotion as ever - We were shown a footballing lesson last night.

4m is feck all though now mate.

What other 4m midfielders are tearing it up in the division?

You think

Tom cairney 15m

Ruben neves 15m

Best in the league id say forshaw is about 1/4 as good as those guys.

Get what you pay for.

Why do people say £4m is fook all

How many clubs in this league have spent over £4m on a player this season ???

Not so fooking many

I could be wrong, but Forshaw is our most expensive transfer since Seth Johnson 16 years ago....

posted on 8/3/18

I don't tend to disagree with much you say LIW but I will on this occasion, Forshaw's looked ok to me. Certainly not setting the world on fire by any means, but I can't say he's looked disappointing. As others have said, the problem is he's bound to be partnered with someone who isn't good enough. O'Kane, Vieira, Phillips, none are good enough for anything above a mid table finish. I'll include Anita in that too despite him never playing in that position for us.
God, how I miss watching Lewis Cook!

If players around Forshaw are so poor, it should make Forshaw stand out as a good player even more.

I'm not saying he's not, but just don't think we spent that 4.5 mill wisely.
