A fit and firing Valencia, Bailly, Jones unit I think is very strong. Left back is still the big question mark.
How often is it fit and firing?
Valencia is 33 now isn't he? We need to get rid, imagine having a fullback that can actually attack and offer width.

Yeah, as often as you see a girl with the right face, body *and* legs on Deansgate.
I'm calling it a night. I'll just leave you with this thought, which has cheered me up a little:
At times like this, it's important to remember that things could be worse. Pep could be managing Liverpool.
Woodward was accounting the next quarterly figures on the basis we make the quarters as well, we might have lost some serious dosh now as well with this exit. He won't be happy.
Valencia will be 33 in the summer. And he is shiiiiiit going forward. Two dymamic attacking full backs would make a huge difference alone to this team. Though Mourinho doesn’t like having two attacking full backs.
I could live without a cb but central midfield and full back are two areas we need real quality bringing in. This is the case regardless of coach.

Hasn’t cm and fullback been the positions you’ve needed investment in most since before Fergie retired?
Yep and we are still seeing them as problem areas.
That’s what i mean Dazz.
Jose isn’t the only problem at the club but i think certain posters, cough robb cough, fail to see that Jose hasn’t bought well at all and he is to blame for that. There are issues that needed sorting far more than left wing, a position your actually strong in, yet he went and got Sanchez and put him on ludicrous wages.
That kind of shiiiit is why i say Jose is finished as the elite manager he used to be. The old Jose would never have done that, instead of addressing the problem areas in the squad.
