So a far inferior manager takes a team worse than this one further in the champions league and people aren’t even bothered then?

He went one round further and lost 3-1. He lost the first leg of the last 16 2-0. Do you not realise how stupid you sound comparing Moyes to Mourinho?

You seem to see him as a guy on the same level as David Moyes. Absolutely ridiculous.
David Moyes performed better than him in the CL, you seem to want to see it differently and think I’m talking about their entire tenures at the club. But you’re clearly trying to deflect and make excuses for the manager.

Man Utd have played just six Champions League knockout games since Sir Alex Ferguson retired at the end of 2012/13.
David Moyes is the only manager to win one.
£380m spent over two years and we're still at the same stage in Europe.
Teams have imrpved in that time.
Stretty wise up man, Atletico who are uber defensive put five past this Sevilla team and we could only muster four shots on target over two legs!
